Buyer agrees that the puppy will be an indoor dog, properly cared for, receive veterinary care as needed and not be caged except for short periods when necessary. Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with high quality food, sanitary living conditions and a clean place to sleep. The puppy will be treated as a member of the family. _______
Doberman Pinschers and French Bulldogs are medium/low on the allergy scale and some people with allergies to dogs do not react to these puppies but we cannot guarantee that you or someone you know will not have a reaction. You need to be prepared to manage any allergy symptoms that occur. You may not return a puppy or receive a refund because of an allergy. We make no guarantee as to the color, coat or personality characteristics of your puppy. _________
The seller will not be held responsible for any harm incurred during the shipping process when puppy is not in the seller’s care. The seller is not responsible for any illnesses contracted during travel. _______
Common illnesses and conditions such as upper respiratory tract infections, eye infections, fleas, parasites, GI viruses, parvovirus, canine distemper, kennel cough, coccidia and Giardia are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These infections and viruses can be contracted anywhere in the environment after leaving the sellers home and are not a result of genetics or breeding practices. Puppy should be seen at the veterinarian within three days of leaving the sellers home. The puppy should not be administered the rabies vaccine at the same time as any other vaccines. ______________
The seller guarantees the dog against lethal genetic or congenital defects for one year following the date of purchase. If the dog should die or have to be destroyed due to a genetic or congenital defect, the seller will replace the dog/puppy with a dog/puppy at the seller’s earliest convenience, should the following conditions be met: the purchaser provides the seller with a necropsy by a licensed impartial veterinary pathologist, at the purchaser’s expense, stating that the cause of death is unquestionably a genetic or congenital defect, a second examination by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice corroborate these claims. Puppy is being sold with pet/show/breeding potential. There are no guarantees made by this seller that the puppy will grow to fulfill his/her pet/show/breeding potential. ___________
Puppies are at increased risk for adverse reactions or death if the rabies vaccine is given at the same time as other vaccines. Seller is not responsible if the puppy dies of a virus from being exposed to another dog not from the Seller’s Home. Under no circumstance will any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer be reimbursed by the seller. ____________
Buyer agrees that puppy will not be sold, leased or given away. It is not unusual for Doberman Pinschers and French Bulldogs to live beyond 15yrs old. They are generally a very healthy and hearty breed. If for whatever reason buyer can no longer keep the puppy/dog then the seller gets first right of refusal. If this puppy is being sold with another puppy as a “breeding pair”, both puppies are considered “unrelated” if born from different parents.__________
Any puppy needing to be returned for ANY reason will be subject to a 25% non-negotiable charge for veterinarian expenses and quarantine fee. In signing this document, buyer and seller acknowledge that he or she fully understands all of the terms and conditions listed above and agrees to abide by them. ______________
